MTL-Advanced-Firefighter-Simulator is MTL’s advanced firefighter job and simulation resource for FiveM. It is built for servers that want firefighting to feel like a career: clock in, equip up, respond to escalating incidents, rescue civilians, earn XP and money, and promote through the ranks—not a one-off side activity.
Designed for QBCore and ESX through MTL-Bridge, with a polished custom NUI and full hook-in to MTL-Advanced-Tablet so your firefighters use the same tablet ecosystem as your police, bus, and other MTL jobs.
Shift & station life
- Start / end shifts from the fire menu (optional voice commands for LSPDFR-style flow)
- Multiple fire stations — menu peds per location with job locks, blips, and scenarios
- Vehicle spawn points — including ladder trucks and trailer configurations per station
-
Allowed fire jobs fully configurable (
firefighter,fire,firerescue, etc.)
Your players begin at the station, open the menu, start a shift, and only then enter the live incident world.
Calls & fire missions
- Vehicle fires with rank-based difficulty, severity tiers, and location cooldowns
- Random / auto-spawn fires with grade-based limits (recruits handle fewer active fires; command staff handle more)
- Structure and special incident types with different equipment requirements
- Scalable rewards — base payout + level multipliers and rank-based fire health scaling
- Residential, medium, and high-difficulty location groups unlocked as players progress
Every call feels different: low-severity neighborhood smoke for rookies, tougher urban scenes for experienced crews.
Equipment & rescue gameplay
- Full equipment system — fire hose, extinguisher, SCBA / oxygen, thermal camera, fire axe, foam, water tanks, and more
- Missions can require specific gear before players can complete objectives
- Civilian rescue — configurable rescue time, distance, and civilian counts per incident type
- Equipment shown in the custom UI with dedicated imagery
- Injury & scene descriptions — hundreds of RP-friendly text lines for immersive medical/rescue roleplay
Players must think like firefighters: wrong tool, wrong outcome.
Progression & ranks
- XP and level system with long-term progression curves
- Rank promotions tied to level milestones
- Grade-based mission access — higher ranks unlock harder zones and more simultaneous incidents
- Dealership / fleet options for department vehicles (configurable)
- Money and XP rewards per activity with multipliers as players level up
Give your department a reason to grind shifts, not just farm one spot.
MTL Tablet integration
- Built to work with MTL-Advanced-Tablet (firefighter app & report exports)
- Incident/report flows connected to tablet data where configured
- Same ecosystem as MTL-Advanced-Police-Simulator and MTL-Advanced-Bus-Simulator — one tablet, multiple emergency careers
If you run multiple MTL simulators, your players learn one tablet and use it across jobs.
