Core Gameplay

  • Start / end shift at ambulance station ped menus
  • Timed NPC calls while on duty (Medical Emergency, Overdose, Injury, Assault)
  • Accept calls from the EMS Portal on MTL-Advanced-Tablet (GPS + patient spawn)
  • On-scene Check Vitals & Treat with a live vitals NUI HUD
  • Item-based treatments (medbag, sedative, bandage, etc.)
  • Trauma flow: treat → sedate → transport → hospital imaging queue
  • Radiology: X-Ray / CT / MRI / PET with scan payouts
  • Multi-station / multi-job support (ambulance, doctor, etc.)
  • Coworker staff blips (on foot / in unit)

Progression

  • XP & levels with injury-type money/XP multipliers
  • Rank progression gated by level
  • Certifications (exam UI): BLS, EMT, ACLS, PALS, Trauma (PHTLS), Hazmat, Flight Paramedic, Tactical ECC
  • Challenges: daily / weekly / career (patients treated, response time, shift time, earnings, streaks, levels)

Tablet & Crew

  • Call toasts + ambulance app integration
  • Crew system: create / invite / leave (up to 6), supervisor grade, live status (en route / on scene / treating / transport)
  • Station NUI also includes Profile/Shift, Levels, Challenges, Statistics, Certifications, Bulletin, Dispatch log, Leaderboard
